Highly recommend the FEIT brand from Costco, I bought the slightly cheaper LE version from Amazon, very audible humming noise. Same outlet with FEIT bulb, no noise.

I have been using these light from 6-8 months, they are great if you dont use the Dimmer, if you dim them to anything less than 100% you will hear buzzing noise.

Yes, FEIT CFL's were crap. But I've purchased 30-40 FEIT LEDs (various sizes) from Costco over the past 2 to 3 years. Zero defects, zero failures to date.

Bought two EcoSmart bulbs, one was DOA and the other had a hum at anything other then 100%. Brought them both back and got the Cree TW series. No hum and much better quality light. Cost more but...
