Sam's Club and Costco sell the 50" 4k TCL roku TV (50up120)for $400. It was also on Woot last week for $350 refurbished. Budget 4k tvs are not much more than budget 1080s.

120hz means you can remove the 3:2 pulldown effect for 24hz content (movies), less judder. It's not about running 120hz native content really.
