Look at dell latitudes from outlet. Not as pretty but I think e7470 can fit a small drive. You won't get anything as nice as this though.

Certainly will. It might not be able to edit 4k in real time but if you enable shadow files, which is available on most video editing softwares, you should have no problems editing 4k

You're right. 15 inch is 1.6 lb heavier. Definitely the portability differs. 13 inch is very convenient to carry.
