Perhaps when productivity is a factor and seconds or minutes count. But most people can wait a few more seconds/minute to edit a video, etc. And if productivity is a factor a desktop is more suitable...

Looks like a pretty solid deal for i7 w 1060 6GB and SSD. If i were to guess, I dont think an equivalent laptop will hit the $800 mark until at least June/July. This kills all the other gaming laptop...
