Verify that your ESN is right. Not the ICCID. The ick only deals with LTE. For everything else, it's the ESN that matters.

see my post above. it may help you with the LTE connection if it is an Android phone. I am guessing their system is picking up the ICCID during activation if the sim card was inserted at the time.

Same here, I have downgraded plan & services and disabled the Premium voice in my account setting page. However, the FP Message APP still shows that the Premium voice is Active.
