I have to say though, the TurboTax UI is very well designed and guides you through the process very well. I came away unimpressed with TaxAct (other than the price).

I got this state and federal $10. if you choose to pay the 10 with your refund they'll try to charge you 35! pay with a cc and it's only 10 period.

Well, I'm pretty sure there's a difference in the two lock-ins. Either way, makes no difference in "locking in" now. There's no risk so why not do it.
