If you're looking for a high end prebuilt, this is it. The RAM, 5080, and CPU are 2500. The rest is free.

I really wish I had the money for this. It matched my deal alert for 1080 64gb ram, but with all the Christmas shopping I've done, I'm broke

I've heard the amd processor is better though?

This price is for the RAM, the rest of the PC is FREE.

Just curious at like rest do all these fancy parts draw in more power? The thing that is making this one attractive when i would like to spend 1k less is the tax free stuff and really the 1300-1500 deals are pretty meh tbh.

I mostly just want to play POE2 but do want to get into image generation too.

I just am going to have the pc in a bedroom though so hoping it's not going to be drawing too much power when someone in the next room flips on a heating blanket or space heater.

I need a home computer to replace my aging 10+ year setup. I'm torn between this or a 288V (for the 50 TOPS for running ML models for work). I'm not a gamer, but the GPU is non-negotiable because of work. This Legion is basically free CPU and SSD which is a killer deal. Any suggestions?

There is no justification for buying a gaming PC in general if the funds are simply not there. Same with any other non-necessity spending. I do game and do prefer the better hardware so my graphical intensive games can run closer to peak. It ain't no $5000 machine, but this build will last another 10 years for me. My last custom build has already surpassed 10 years (aside from a pre-owned GPU upgrade which really did not cost that much compared to the 4/5 series nowadays).
