If this 10% off code works this will be a good deal. Otherwise pickup a 8gb pack when they are on sale (often for 44.99 but sometimes 40 or less). There's no real need for 16gb for gaming / regular computing.

Hell load up their homepage and it says right there 'Shell Shocker deal $73.99' because it's active - but when you click on it and the product page pulls up, it's $93.99.

Edit: Now it works. $73.99. Promo brings it down to $66.59.

Ah I saw it was on the website as a SS but didn't know they put prices in the email. Will have to pay more attention. I just put http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Ven...geance+8x2 in my friends gaming PC is this the same RAM, different color?
