Each prize winner (the "Winner") will be awarded the prize which has been randomly assigned to the specific time designated during the Entry Period which corresponds to such Winner's entry time in the Sweepstakes as described above. The prize shall consist of either: (i) one (1) out of three hundred (300) Krusty Krab Fry Cook Hats (approximate retail value ["ARV"] of each hat: $15.00); OR (ii) one (1) out of fifty (50) "SpongeBob You're Hired" DVD's (ARV of each DVD: $9.95). Total ARV for all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $4,997.50.

INSTANT WIN WINNER SELECTION. There will be up to a total of three hundred fifty (350) prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes at randomly selected moments throughout the Entry Period via "instant win" determination. Each prize will be randomly assigned to a specific time throughout the Entry Period. Up to twelve (12) prizes will be awarded each day during the Entry Period, provided such potential winners meet all eligibility and "instant win" browser requirements as set forth below. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of Participant's entry into the Sweepstakes. The Participant who, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, first submits a valid and eligible entry at the time (or the first person who submits a valid and eligible entry after the time if no one submits an entry exactly at the time) of the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the prize assigned to that time. If the Participant is a potential winner of a prize ("Potential Winner"), they will see a message onscreen informing them of the prize, and must follow the instructions and provide any necessary information before closing their browser. IF THE BROWSER IS CLOSED BEFORE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IS PROPERLY SUBMITTED, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED AND SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
