Two (2) Grand Prizes:
Each Prize Package will include the following: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Austin, TX from March 28-30,
2014. Domestic roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner's
primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport
for Austin, TX; three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground
transportation to/from airport and hotel; and two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Country Festival (the "Festival") on March 29, 2014 (seats
determined by the Company). Total overall approximate retail value "ARV" of the prize is $3,000.00. Total ARV of all prizes is $6,000.
