Informational Surveys: These surveys are sent to obtain information regarding your product usage, cosmetic/hair/skin habits, product likes/dislikes etc.. (These surveys are the only surveys that are tracked towards product compensation.) You must complete 5 Informational Surveys to receive a gift. We hope that this will help to clarify that only Informational Surveys will count towards any product compensation. Yes! It was for USA S13-75 Skin Informational Survey (or USA S13-77 Skin Informational Survey). I did both, and have received a gift package for each. Each study had 5 parts.
