Late last week my account was still not activated, so I dug through some old emails and found the address to contact Marlboro - [email protected]. I used this to follow-up and got a reply a few hours later stating that my address/account deactivation issue needed to be escalated to the 'Management Team.' A couple days later - today - the account is active again and it looks like my address is correct. The address has been fixed before so hopefully the change stays this time! Thanks to everyone that offered info and/or encouragement while Marlboro re-activated my account.

Fandango rewards did meet this way too. They wanted me to send in an ID card for a $10 reward card.
I don't know why they do that for a small reward. It's insane.
I'm happy when companies don't use them.
