Has anyone ever seen anything other free at HF than -
Flashlight
Screwdrivers
Multi meter
Gloves
Blue Rope
Scissors
Tape Measure

You know, the "normal" stuff from the past 6 months?

It would be nice if they changed it once in awhile.

I've seen the movers dolly for free, but I think you had to spend 50 bucks. There was also another freebie if you spent 50 but I don't recall what it was. But the ones you posted are certainly the norm. See the screwdrivers more than anything, but I scarf up the tape measures when I can.

I got something in the mail from them yesterday but have yet to have a chance to look at it, or the online flyer I posted this morning.

nope. we'll prolly have to wait till someone still in ITC gets the email for it and posts it. I checked a couple of times already today - although I doubt anyone is even in the HF office to post it yet today.

Wow if there is something like that available currently I would love to know. I'm about to buy the tool cart for $99.99

Here's a coupon for the free poly rope (with $9.99 purchase) that I found. Big Grin

Good thru 6/15/13. Didn't see it in the wiki.

What is it you "check" for? Do you know what the link is going to be each month? I'll start looking if I can figure out what to look for.

I deliver mail for a living so I'll provide what input I can. From what I've noticed, every month 2 harbor freight mailings are sent out. The normal newspaper type material folded in half and addressed to the customer. I believe this is the normal one you get the second you give them your address. Has a front and back page of coupons, every day low prices in the filler. Very similar to the style of mailing cabelas sends out in terms of size and paper printed on. Next comes the smaller mailing that I used to think came only to ITC members. I had no idea what it was, until my lady got one in the mail this month. Filled with coupons, front to back. Not the lowest prices, but better than the normal ones. So I have no idea how one gets the coupon book instead of the catalog, but you guys might send someone in with other name, same address, and see what you get.

I sure wouldn't want to have your job because it would be hard for me to deliver that "junk" mail and just not throw a couple in my coat pocket instead. LOL

Standard mail i.e. flyers get junked to a recycle bin if the address is invalid and forwarding was not requested by sender.

That stuff was basically fair game when i worked as a carrier. Taking mail going to a valid receipient is illegal, what was going to the bin is kind of a grey area, atleast ethically.

Could rack up a lot of 10 of 50 lowes coupons and other good things. The bobs/staples 10 off 10, etc.

Also had an endless supply of the moving packets with lowes/hd coupons.

Yeah, so many people out on the route wanted change of address forms just for those coupons. Kind of happy they stopped putting them in those forms. And as far as it goes in my office, they make it pretty clear that borrowing a coupon out of the waste mail basket will get you canned with the quickness. And no coupon is worth risking my ridiculously easy job that pays way more than its worth, but I wish I had a more laid back office.

Guessing by how much you like the job you're city and or don't have a pom with head up their ass.

Ours was a micro managing nitwit. Policies on ordering a whole new set of labels if one address changed on the route in an apartment heavy town, scolding the post masters on confrence calls for hours worked on december mondays after a storm, praising them for the hours on low volume mid week days with good weather, and the list went on.
