This is still a 15 Watt TDP Ultrabook CPU and thermals are fine. And this is not thinnest and lightest 14" laptop and has good cooling.

It does not have any propriety docking port like before as they use Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. So, any TB3 dock or Type-C Dock will work.
