Yup, this is not slick and in no way a deal, this is pretty much standard price and you can get it at times lower.

TSTAK and Tough System are not an old and new style they are two totally different systems and not compatible, just so you know.

Most of the common tool brands found in the US are owned by a handful of larger companies now. It's especially funny seeing Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ridgid, and Hart owners fight over brand superiority, when all four are owned by TTI.
