Not sure about the two pack, unless the other deal is NLA, then I'd only be left with that option.

I thought the ones that were 13 bucks were the parts organizer ones with the yellow bin inserts. Those are not compatible with tstak or tough system boxes, though they do connect to themselves. I have both and they are each good, but it would be cool if there was an adapter to get the two systems to play nice with each other

Considering that deal barely lasted a few hours, I would say that was most likely a mistake. Mistakes are not deals.
$15-17 is the recurring deal price so this is certainly a deal when normal price is over $20, a 20%+ discount....
