I just got a telephone call at work about a sink not working (I am in the maintenance department so I put in all the work orders). She said "Yes, please. The sink in the room is not swallowing. Please, send someone to fix. It is not swallowing well." LMAO

See, should have gone for Seattle. We had snow quite a few times over the winter. The ski slopes are not that far from here either, I can see some of them from my front yard.

After two years we get to decide where we stay so we might end up somewhere like Seattle. We have discussed before that we would like to move somewhere like Seattle, Portland, or Vancouver.

So I created a form for our department to fill out that goes into detail about each employee's experience level with different aspects of the job (like changing a ballast, cleaning fan coils etc). At the top of the form is their name, date, number of years with the company and then a spot that asks what their highest level of education is. The choices are: High school/GED, Tech school/certificate, Some college, Associates degree, B.A/B.S degree, graduate school.

Some of the guys are marking "graduate school" because they "Graduated high school." Facepalm
