Survey Company Discussion & Review Thread
Hello survey lovers! Here is a thread just for you, to discuss various survey companies. The good, the bad and the ugly! Got a rant about a particular company? Here is your chance to vent. By the same token, got nothing but love for your favorite company? Share it with your fellow SD'ers!
The point of this thread is to help educate our fellow survey takers, both old and new, as to which companies are the most reputable to work with. Please keep in mind, however, that what one person may love about a certain company, another person may not.
This is a thread about opinions, but please be fair and honest in your descriptions. No slandering, no referrals, and no discussion of product tests.
In addition, please keep in mind that there are certain companies that, for certain reasons, do not wish to be discussed on message boards. These companies are listed in the survey forum rules, and may be found here.

You may also reference these rules for other FAQ's.
In addition, it might be helpful to keep a running tally in the Wiki of various survey companies as they come up for discussion. We can work together as a team to do this!
Have fun!

I belong to surveysavvy. I have never downloaded anything from them, or any other company for that matter. Survey savvy is OK, but they take forever to credit your account and then another forever to actually send your check.
but yea, they take 35-37 business days, my last 5 cashout requests. it's pretty consistant.
(i use an app called astrid, in my google chrome browser, so that i know who to follow up with, and so i know who is supposed to pay me when)

SurveySpot is owned by the same company that operates Opinion Outpost. Do you have an account with them? Also, did you call or email anyone at SS to ask about your old account and the missing money? Me personally, I would be very reluctant to do any surveys for a company that had closed my account, took my money, and then *poof* one day decided to give me my account back...but with zero dollars in it.
an update:
Just to add lol so I sent them an email about my account being brought to 0 balance and it shows total points overall and the total points that were redeemed, points arent balanced so they owe and I asked about that concern and my account is frozen again lol.....
