Which one that will be depends heavily on what you plan to do or what projects you plan to work on. Someone who has a lot of tree trimming or demolition work will want the reciprocating saw. Someone who's planning some household carpentry projects might need the circular saw. Someone who's planning on doing a lot of basic woodworking projects might do well with the jigsaw. Someone doing more advanced woodworking projects could do very well with the router. Someone who wants a really flexible tool for drywall, tile, and miscellaneous stuff could find a lot of use in the oscillating tool. A gearhead who works a lot on their car would want the impact wrench.
There's no general answer that will be "right" for all or even most people.

Select a different store near you. Same happened to me to i changed stores
Yes, logs and downed trees. I use a 12" wood blade and it makes easy work of it. I ride ATVs a lot in Utah and Idaho and it's easier to carry a reciprocating saw than it is a chainsaw. If there's a downed tree on the trail way out on the backcountry you don't want to have to turn around and go back the way you came.
Dewalt has a mower? Wow
How is it?

I've only used it three times since I got it but so far so good. I had been using a manual reel push mower prior to try and stop myself from being so lazy since I'd have to stay on top of cutting the grass .. but for the $199 deal for the Dewalt DCMW220W2 that came with two 8ah batteries I couldn't pass it up.
The two 8ah batteries run the mower for about 30-40 mins on the lowest cut height which covers my backyard. I have to pop in two 6ah flex volts to do the front and those two give about 25-35 mins.
So if anyone is not seeing one of the addons showing up, try a different device or browser.
Other than my tracksaw, my router is my favorite cordless tool.
I'm primarily a DeWalt guy, my buddy is primarily a Milwaukee guy, but we're both tool guys. We both agree that the DeWalt is much better than the Milwaukee when it comes to the routers. It's built better and it's more stable/consistent.
Highly recommended

I had to go into the store. No displays or advertising. Had to get an employee to unlock the "bin". Grabbed the battery pack/charger and the 7.5 circular. Drove 10 miles down the road and returned the saw at another location. Ended up paying 79 plus tax for the batteries.
Great Deal. Thanks OP!
