Per product description on HD site, "Package doubles as a storage rack to keep your tools organized and in 1-place." Hmmmm...must be that hang-tag frame that is the "storage rack" as per the ebay pic ref'd by zxjyjr...
It's one of those tools where I think you'll be glad you've got it when you need it though.
