Thanks to Deal Editor iconian for finding this deal.
Great price for a highly rated projector, unfortunately a few cons that are deal breakers for some.
Max screen size 120"
No 3-D
Input lag over 50ms which means games that are twitched based like shooters you will see a delay between button press and action on the screen.
If your main goal is movies and you have no interest in 3-D this is a very solid deal though.
I tried one of these brand new back in January/February.
it had an awesome image just testing it on my off white wall, with a proper screen it would be fabulous. Even in indirect daylight, right next to my 10 foot giant picture window it projected a nice picture. I can honestly say because of the huge size of the image you can get away with just projecting this onto a wall and only really serious people are going to say anything bad about the image.
as with any type of projector, the darker the room the better the image, but again I was really surprised how nice it looked on a white wall with indirect sunlight coming in.
long story:
I would have kept it, but the one I had would randomly flicker a black image for 0.50 seconds, super fast but you would notice it easily.
I tried 3 different 4K hdmi cables and tried a Roku Express 4K+, a Roku Ultra and a Chromecast 4K and they all did the random black flicker. I also tried all the different HDMI inputs on the projector with the same results. ( did it with 4K and 1080 content, both locally streaming from my Plex server and internet streaming )
I tested the 4K HDMI cables using my laptop and my sony 4K TV and windows said they were all 4K 60 HDMI cables. all of the ROKU's said the cables were 4K 60 and supported HDR.
I'm sure it was just 1 bad unit, because these get good reviews everywhere.

how much those will be ? Can you give me a link to a good quality screen ?
I am new to projector.
You'll want an ALR screen. Cheapest place is AliExpress. Or take a look at the Vava ALR screen pro. Decent screen with good build quality that won't break the bank.
Thank you for the details. One question. Where do you find good 3D movies? And what input source do you use to play 3D content?

I have that projector but I can't figure out how to get the 3-D work or what are the correct glasses
I get my content from Amazon or Best Buy whenever I see a movie on sale. I got the whole lord of the rings triology in 3-D even on sale it was pricey cause its not that easy to find along with a ton of other movies. Sometimes I have to order from Amazon.UK as long as the region code is correct it still works.
I use a older Samsung 3D bluray player to connect to my projector.
The glasses I ordered are standard DLP Active shutter 144Hz glasses, should work for all major brands that support active glasses.
Not sure why but they show up for $68 on my mobile app $75 on the desktop web browser.
To watch 3D you need a 3D bluray player, you need glasses, and if for some reason the projector does not automatically detect its 3D you just go into display menu and turn on 3D from there. I dont recall if the 3D button the remote can activate it too or not.
I think my projector automatically detected it when I had it.
I used the Optoma at 120" with 3D had no issues, tested the projector for almost 3 months and it was great.
If you are looking at triple lasers that do 3D only the VAVA Chroma does it, but the projector overall for the price is very average, so I would not recommend.
Your best single laser choice option if you want the best movie experience looking at all the reviews and the most recent Projector Central show down. The single Laser BenQ-V7050i is the one to get, its really expensive, and it sucks at gaming so if money is an issue probably not your best choice.
AWOL Vision LTV 2500 & 3500, both triple laser and both do 3D.
The Awol 3500 was in BETA I last heard, never heard it fully launched. That projector ranked 5th in triple laser category, so would not be a bad choice, not my top choice.

You must be looking at fairly old news. I have the 2500. 3D is fully implemented (not beta) and looks great. Dolby Vision will be included in the next major update. If you want 3D it's the top choice in triple laser. If you don't care about 3D you'd go for a Formovie or L9G…maybe.

Late last year, that's why I said last I heard. It would be quiet a task to recheck every single projector every few weeks for changes that I played with in the past.
But yes I do see they went gold with a firmware update for their 3-D, that being said still not for me because of the 34ms input lag. While its okay its not great for competitive gaming.

Apologies, I've just been nerdiing out over the last year looking at this UST stuff constantly prior to making a recent purchase.
Also I wouldn't recommend any projector with any specs for competitive gaming. Go get yourself a decent priced 32" 2k 144hz monitor, you'll be much better served if you want to be "competitive"

The Optoma CinemaX D2 input lag is 4ms and 16ms depending on 1080 and 4k and those you can competitively game on if you wish. But not even for competitively gaming just gaming in general when playing shooters or twitch based games you need numbers under 20ms for the experience to be enjoyable.

Without question the CinemaX D2 is the best gaming UST, best in class. AWOL's gaming mode can only do 8 ms 1080p@120hz and 15 ms 4k@60hz. 4 ms difference matter? I dunno, I'm not very good at Warzone anyway.
I've owned the D2, great projector but I wanted the triple laser experience (and still needed 3D). I wasn't gaming on it though, leaving that to my LG C1.

Projector central testing on the AWOL states a 4K of "The measured 34-millisecond input lag was not at all objectionable". So the 1080 has to be around 15-16ms. So gaming is doable but definitely not the best option. Since gaming was not a priority and you wanted 3-D not a bad choice. I personally would have never spent 2X the cost of a d2 for tri laser.
I get it though, the triple laser is a nice touch, waiting for next years models to come out before I settle on another projector. Hoping they can game, do 3-D, and still offer tri laser at a price around $2K and under.

You got your D2 for $1200? That's an awesome price!
What's the date on that projector central review? A lot has changed since then through software updates. See my input lag numbers as quoted as those are the current stats.
AWOL just won a Summer 2023 VGP award for both projectors.
The next best triple laser that is going to come out will be Hisense's L9G update (L9H), it'll be first to market amongst newest gen UST an blow everything current out of the water. Check it out when it drops.

$1800 is what I paid for a D2 with a screen, but the screen was garbage. Everywhere I see the price of the AWOL 3500 model to be around $5500, so unless you got a big sale or a early adopter price.
September 28 of 2022 was the review date, yeah I see they added a turbo game mode since the review and they now do list the number you mentioned on their product home page. Problem with these game modes is they usually cut the quality of the picture to make the numbers work. So you want a projector that does not need a game mode in most cases.
The L9H after being pushed back a few times already launched some units in Europe and at least one person who has it in Poland says its no different than the L9G besides the addition of the DV. No one answered the question on if they improved the input lag, and if this new one has 3-D. So for now does not that seem that encouraging. The launch date for the US seems to be August now, so we will see what the US reviews say.

What screen would you recommend for an LS11000 at 21' for 175" ?

Take a look at the showdown, it covers a lot of ground, but one of the ones they recommend is definitely your best bet. Projector central rocks!
