Another way to look at it is you're getting a discount on the TV if you finance because money has value over time. Even if you could buy it outright, throwing that cash in a Treasury bill gets you 5% annually
Adding from the previous 77" thread…
Got 77" for 2105 before tax, including extra 10% from chat and $100 credit for tv trade in. Don't suspect it goes lower this year.
Mine arrived, but was cracked and no picture. Have to return and reorder, no replacements through Samsung.com. Also have to wait to get the price match to the reorder until after second order ships. They appear to only ship on Fridays so waiting a week for all of it. Huge pain.
It's a big discount but I probably won't order direct from Samsung again. This is the case where I may well wait until BF now and buy elsewhere.
Finance the TV at 0% and put the money in Treasuries or CD

I read that this tv does not support any DTS sound, Dolby Vision and Atmos? Is that true ? I think it would be a major deal breaker for some .
You mean for all those people trying to run atmos without an AVR???
The TV doesn't need to support any of those as long as it does audio passthrough and your AVR can handle the audio.
I bought 65inch from Costco.$1500 plus tax .Get back $150 shop card and 5 years warranty and 5% cash back from credit card. Can someone explain is this better deal than Costco?

This deal was posted over 6 months ago so back then it was a great deal. As you probably know, the price for a specific model will go down over time so to compare a deal from 6 months ago to a recent deal isn't a fair comparison. Also, the 2024 models are coming out now so that's also causing deals on 2023 models now.

Do you guys think the process will drop next month since Super Bowl is a big sale yearly for most TV manufacturers?
Under ~1200 is a great price for oled TV's at this size.
It does support Dolby Atmos. No Dolby Vision or DTS, though.
