Yeah that was a typo. I spent so much time trying to format the bullets right (and failed) I missed that I wrote 40.00 at first.

Those counterfeited factories probably has minimal quality control. They tried to steal the design from others and probably not doing a good job at that (nor meeting safety standard, don't have enough electrical/creepage clearance, heat dissipation etc) which likely lead to more easy overheat , cross circuit, electrical leakage, etc.
