Step 3: If you are not an existing Hut Rewards member, Join Hut Rewards now and download the Pizza Hut mobile app to receive the digital coupon.

Step 4: Redeem your free pizza by ordering in the Pizza Hut mobile app. Log into your Hut Rewards account in the Pizza Hut mobile app, go to your app inbox, click on the Free Large 1-Topping Pizza coupon and start your order! Coupon expires 15 days after receipt so make it a pizza night!

All customers who complete a qualifying order are eligible to receive a digital coupon to redeem a Free Large 1-Topping Pizza. Customer will have to:
1) be an existing Hut Rewards member or sign-up for Hut Rewards within 48 hours of purchase,
2) meet applicable delivery minimum for delivery orders OR carry-out purchase minimum of $7.99 pre tax & tip, and
3) download the Pizza Hut mobile app to be eligible.

Free offer shows up in apps messages. Do not click the "x" to exit the messages as that actually DELETES the message. So now I don't think I have a way to get the free pizza. I inadvertently deleted that message when I thought I was just exiting the messages screen. I'm contacting pizza hut but that's poor if that message is the only way to redeem offer and they don't let you know that x is to delete the message

Ordered a pizza on March 1st and saw the free pizza coupon in my inbox on March 2nd. On March 12, I noticed the expiration of the coupon was 15 days after receiving it and planned to redeem on March 14th (pi[e] day), well within the 15 day til expiration. Opened my inbox today, the 14th, and coupon is no longer there. So frustrating.

Will be contacting customer service when they open. Real bummer

Looks like I was able to get a coupon for a large 1-topping pizza from Pizza Hut via X (formerly twitter) but I'm still looking for an answer as to why my coupon was removed from my account in the app messages inbox

I see the banner on the website. However when I try to use the coupon is says the same store is not participation. Did this work for you at the same store?

I have not redeemed this coupon yet, but I've had problems before with other coupons not being honored at my local PH.
I'll try and use it this week and then I'll post back with my results.

I will tell you that in my area PH's are closing one after another. This particular one near my work will be next I'm afraid. They stopped taking care of the place long ago. The yard, lot and building all give off that shuttered look to the average person so....

UNRELATED FUN FACT (seeing your nick); I met Chipper Jones, Ryan Klesko, John Rocker and Andruw Jones when they all lived in Macon and played for or just partied with the Macon Braves long ago. Klesko and Smoltz would even cruise down to my area just below Macon sometimes driving a Dodge Viper I think that it was anyway..

Very sad to hear. Pizza Hut was once a great American icon and a staple in the restaurant industry. I remember the days coming home Friday evenings as a child and the highlight of my weekend was enjoying a hot delicious pizza from Pizza Hut, when they used to have dine-in. Never forget the lunch buffet.

I made the order for a 50 year old PH across town and the coupon worked? I never even order from there since it's out of my way, but I did get my free pizza so....
