Looks like a good deal.
Checked BrickSeek and there are no results showing for this. Walmart's website shows the item being sold through a 3rd party seller too.

As to the 'no knobs' bit, I get that- though I've got an issue with knobs going bad so I'd prefer a mechanical buttons that don't require me to take my eyes off the road to change the volume, change stations, or take a call.

Radio and car manufacturers are getting this very wrong and is a pretty dangerous trend imo.
