Personally, I rarely eat cashews because they can contain small amounts of urishoul if not processed properly, the same itchy oil found in poison ivy, which can give you diarrhea and can inflame your joints.

That might be true of freshly picked unroasted cashews but these are roasted. The roasting removes any of that.
