last time i bought this, 3 of the bottles were broken. everything was sticky and small pieces of broken glass everywhere. emailed support 3 times with picture evidence and no responses. drinks are okay but im not a fan of the company.

Brewed and bottled in California. Then shipped to a warehouse in the Midwest for storage. Then takes a full week to get back to California and arrives hot with zero ice packs. I'll stick with Costco.

Hmm, prior experience buying this with the cb site I'm referencing or something? The only term I see is "Online Purchase" which, while vague, usually covers damn near everything in my experience (for other sites at where this term is mentioned at least).

I strongly advise against getting those online. I've done it twice and both times it came with broken bottles.Very bad packaing and shipping. Get those from your local Costco instead.

I'm not too familiar with this brand so I bought it from Costco to try out. The taste is amazing and all three flavors I bought from Costco are among the top that I've had for kombucha. However, and it's a bit hard to explain but the kombucha doesn't "feel right" in the sense that my gut doesn't have the same feeling a day or so after drinking this versus something I know for sure is raw, like GTs or a homemade batch.

Does anyone have any info that confirms or knows for sure that these are indeed raw/unpasteurized? I know the versions from a few years ago were probably unpasteurized but that whole alcohol content thing has changed the landscape since. Now there's nothing on the health ade website that specifically says these are unpasteurized, except on the original version which they advertised as "raw".

and they supposedly have done their research and were told directly by Health Ade that there is some sort of pasteurization process, which does align with my assumptions, but I would like to know for sure.

Order this once. Arrived hot and flat, which this is not carbonated but has natural bite from the fermentation making it even harder to drink in is flat state

When does the deal expire? Is the deal only for that flavors combo? People who got busted bottles were not refunded?? What is the ETA if you ordered these?

did you order it during the hottest days of summer? somebody know if the boxes from previous deals at Amazon were also from same location? My box was fine, didn't pay extra for special shipping. or maybe that was the part of the deal? What special shipping does the extra two dollars get you?

These have about double the amount of added fruit juice as gt's, at like 10% juice. Or maybe they're not fermented as long? Does GT's actually add fresh raw juices?? one thing that's suspicious is that I just noticed on a bottle that it has added carbonation. Why would you need to add carbonation unless you didn't ferment it long enough or diluted the brew too much?

One of the things I read (not sure if it's true or not) was that health ade pasteurizes, then adds back in the probiotics. I'm guessing that how they're able to ensure they know how active the drink is and is part of their solution on preventing too much alcohol from forming while sitting on the shelves. If that's true, then it would make sense that they would need to add carbonation since a lot of that is lost during the pasteurization process.

Either way, I think it tastes great, but the health benefits from this brand is a little suspect.
