Every PC game can run at 120hz fool. And yes, no high refresh rate is a deal breaker. These 4k tvs have been released year after year with little incentive to upgrade.

Who's using 75" tvs for PC monitors? Better off getting a 27" 144hz for half the price or 240 hz for the same price

How many people are running a gaming PC setup on their 75in TV @120+ fps, but can only afford a budget TLC LED. It's almost as if they release products based on market research or something.

Console games are often still targeting 30fps with a 60fps mode if you're lucky. 60fps takes a graphical hit, and at 120 the hit is extremely noticable. On some monitors and TVs you also get smearing when they push 120hz+ so it defeats the purpose.

60hz is more than fine and will be for a while
