It is listed as new but for what it's worth, the seller has a 95.5% rating which doesn't instill too much confidence. That being said, it's very possible the vacuum is as described but the listing states there are only 4 available and 2 have already been sold. Personally, I'd pay the extra $20 for the peace of mind and the ability to easily return it to any local Walmart.
Thanks! Mainly on hardwood floors so it sounds like it should do the trick.

I used mine in carpet and it works pretty well based upon how fast the bin fills. The battery lasts a good while too. And it's great on stairs. I also like the thumb switch vs holding the trigger on my Dyson. I find that with the cordless handhelds like this, I vacuum a lot more often than pulling out the corded upright. The upright does a better job and has a bigger bin, but these cordless handhelds are really convenient
Mainly looking for power as have Carpet.
TIA

I guess HZ3000 is better if you have allergies as it has a HEPA filter.
Thank You for the comment. Didn't notice this doesn't have a HEPA. Thanks again

I'd agree — in the eBay world, I am wary of anything under 97%. Years experience as buyer and seller.
