Could not get the APP or the website to work. Terrible response times. Went to reddit for answers. A lot of unhappy people also have a hard time using the subway site. For some (few) it works, for most not so much. Called Costco to refund my 5 gift cards that I didn't use. Ruined my family's little party yesterday. Spent over an hour trying to get site to work on phone and PC.
