This jack's range is only about 13" and maxes out at 18". Not low profile if you need that. For comparison HF had a 3 ton low profile jack with range from 3.5 " to almost 20" for $99 last weekend.
Picked the gray one for $99 parking lot sale. I would say the low profile and max height is definitely worth the extra 10 bucks.
If you don't know this item's weight rating, you don't know jack.

I wish i would have bought the low profile. on some cars, I have to lift them by hand an inch or so (just the body not the car, lol), then slide the jack under with my foot.
but, its nice jack and the price is right.

You must be the Incredible Hulk. Props for improvising.

I doubt he's lifting the whole car, sometimes you just have to lift the bumper or front end a bit for the jack to clear. The car is on springs, so it's not like you are lifting the entire weight of the car. I do this all the time with my kids car and my big old floor jack to slide under it.

I get it. I just never thought of that. With an assistance you could get the car rocking and do the same thing. Another life hack learned.
These have been this price for months now. Since before Christmas. I would be surprised if more than a few sporadic stores still had stock on these. Many that show they do are likey displaying inaccurate inventory.

Who uses a jack for more than lifting? Don't work on a car not supported by jack stands, that's the death wish.
I've used my 3 ton from HF to even work on a 6000lbs SUV without any issues.
