While I don't plan on using this and I'm not familiar with the store, I clicked on it because it is showing the deal as being more than the regular price which would be incorrect. The game is normally $39.99 at Steam. It looks like Kinguin has lowered it a tiny bit more to $28.12, then minus the coupon which it applies automatically to make it $24.75. As I said, I'm not familiar with the store so maybe there is that service fee mentioned above too.

I watched the YouTube trailer. Is this just an updated graphics Contra? The price seems a bit steep, even at $24.

I recommend buying somewhere besides kinguin. They are the only shop I have ever had to do a charge back against for a bad key
