This baseus stuff is heavily shilled by SD. Doesn't necessarily mean it's junk, just stating a fact.

Honestly, I prefer built in cables. Last thing you'd want is to have a fully charged power bank, a dead phone, and no cable. Sure, cables can break, but if I get 20 uses out of a <$20 product, I'm happy.

I agree. Reason I got this and cancelled the other $12 deal. I think this is much convenient than carrying around cables.

Ugh this is annoying...I usually have a cable though so if I need fast charging at least I can, but that is really dumb. My wife on the other hand never has a cable so this is a definite benefit for her.

My 8 year old anker or whatever a brand that got banned from here started bulging and cracked the outer shell which was my go to for a long time.

I have another baseus that was on sale awhile back and it is working.

I know baseus is super shilled, but my recent charging banks and even their outlets have been fine as far as I'm concerned...I'm assuming they are the same quality as anyone else in this price range.

If the cable goes, then what? I'd rather have then removable, as in replaceable.

It's 2024. At this point, we have power banks that wireless charge on the back of your phone with Magsafe. And if you have Andoid like I do some cases have that now or the mag sticker is like 3 bucks. No reason for cables ever. This is the one I have that is like 25 dollars https://www.amazon.com/ESR-HaloLo...9tdGY&th=1

i always thought wireless or magsafe charging was dumb. only 5w to 10w charging. whereas if you use an actual cable, up to 20w or 30w depending on the powerbank and phone. so yes, there is a reason for cables.

Then it becomes like every other bank, you supply the cord. 🤦

Even the magsafe ones you can still use a cable.

Q: Note: The built-in USB-C cable fast charging function only supports Android and does not support IOS.)
A: Dear user, thank you for your message.
The built-in USB-C cable fast charging function does not support IOS. Because the charging protocol is different.
By Baseus Official Store in the United States on March 15, 2024

....

which is weird because Mophie power station XL that I got in 2017 has a built-in USB-C cable that still charges both iPhone 15 and iPad mini 6 - so what is this protocol BS.
