I just bought this during the steam spring sale and finished it last weekend. It's a lot of fun. The bullethell bosses were frustrating at first, but the patterns are easy to learn and the game overall is pretty easy. The exploration and power ups are pretty good.

This game is fantastic. It's a short one like Sheepo. Pick it up. I hope the devs are getting a good rate from Epic because they are solid Metroidvania devs. It's very speedrunnable.

No, it looks a bit more chipper than HK and less deep in gameplay-- my opinion didn't really count as I haven't tried this yet.
Hollow Knight was awesome though

I can see at least two mechanics stolen from Ori as well. If you're going to pick 3 to steal from those aren't bad choices though.

Looks pretty good, going to give it a try.
