The "Chipotle National Burrito Day" Promotion (the "Promotion") begins on or about April 2, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on April 3, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). The entry period (the "Entry Period") for each Game the begins at 12:01 p.m. PT each calendar day during the Promotion Period and ends the earlier of (i) when the "Cap" (as defined below) is reached for the applicable Drawing; or (ii) at 11:59 p.m. PT on the same calendar day.

Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Limit (4) entries per person and/or household and/or e-mail address and/or wireless number, regardless of the method of entry.

Up to the first Fifty Thousand (50,000) entrants (the "Cap") who correctly guess the Combo during each Combo Game (the "Cap") will receive one (1) Chipotle Buy One Get One Free code ("BOGO Code"), which entitles the holder to one (1) free regular menu entrée item, with the purchase of one (1) regular menu entrée item at regular price, excluding modifiers such as toppings or extra protein, only when ordered via the Chipotle mobile app or order.chipotle.com from a participating Chipotle restaurant in the United States.

All entrants who correctly guess the Combo during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the Free Burritos for a Year Game (the "FBFY Game").

PRIZES: Fifty-three (53) prizes are available in the FBFY Game. Each "Burritos for a Year" prize consists of Chipotle Rewards credits good for one (1) free regular menu entrée item per week for a year, or a total of up to fifty-two (52) regular entrée items. The ARV of the Burritos for a Year Prize is Five Hundred and Seventeen Dollars and Forty Cents ($517.40).
