Anyone else able to stack b3g3 with the sale price? I wonder if it's a regional promo. Thanks.

No it can't stack. If you get 6 bags,it's about $14 and little more.

never EVER use miracle grow soil or any of their products. The problem with MG is that the nitrogen is derived from synthetic ammonium and water soluble nitrates, producing off-chemicals that are harmful to soil microbes, worms, and all other forms of life in the soil. It doesn't contribute to long-term soil health and sustainability. Your garden could become dependent on constant synthetic fertilizer treatments. Don't use cheap crap soil. get foxfarm ocean forest and/or roots organic soil. For fertilizer I use foxfarm grow big/big bloom, cal mag, and fish emulsion. Learn to make a bacteria tea. you will get max results this way.

This is silly. Whenever someone starts talking about compost tea or bacteria tea, write them off. Robert Pavlis has gone over this time and again. The science is utterly compelling: the impact on microbes from stuff like peat moss is miniscule, and even *if* it weren't, the life cycles are such that they take over a completely sterile environment in mere days. Miracle grow is fine. Their N/P/K is fine.

Do you have to buy in multiples of 6? Their ad says buy 3 get 3 free.

I just got 6 bags and the ad says 50% of each item. Which is 4.58 so I paid 2.29 x 6.

It is priced at $2.29 in store but then they had a buy 3 get 3 free sign next to it. They had to override it but got 6 bags for $7. One bag came up $2.29 each so it didn't make sense otherwise but to buy [email protected] and get the 3 free.

I've never seen this one less than $2.50 at my local HD. They have had the 1.0cu ft Vigoro variety for $2.00. I've used both. Like both. If they have that one, I'll get more.

In for 20 of these.

I will preface this by saying that I know nothing about plants and soil. I have plant i got two years ago and it's out growing its tiny pot. It growing up to the top of window sill. The last time I tried to replant something it died. I don't know what type of soil to use and curious if this would work. I see the last line says for outdoor use only I have no idea what that means or why that would be specified. Does it mean I can't use it for my indoor plant? Someone mentions potting mix. How is that different from this bag. All I see is a bag of dirt when I see there in the store so if someone could educate me a little please.
You are going to want potting soil.

Deceptive advertising. Says buy 3 get 3 free. Price is half off so the b3 g3 is represented in price already lol

If you go in the store the price says $4.50 Something but when you scan it, it says $2.30. so you can buy however many you want which are still discounted. I think the sign buy 3 get 3 free is their attempt to make you buy 6 in hopes of getting a the deal.

May be a silly question:
Can i buy extra soil and store at backyard and use them to re-pot after 3-4 months?
(I live in tx - if summer temperature matters)
Most soil can stored up to 6 months. I cant say how long it's sitting on the lot but direct summer heat matters. I would say under a patio or basement storage is ideal. Best of luck!

Didn't have any issues, the worker only scanned 3. I had all 6 stacked on top of each other so he clearly saw the qty.
