I am interested to transfer 2 lines but taxes and fees are very high even for $60/year plan.

I'm a pretty tech savvy guy. I cannot make this work with my Samsung Galaxy. All APN settings changed correctly. The problem is mine is factory unlocked US version and does not have VoLTE option. If the Samsung Galaxy you are going to use doesn't have the VoLTE option under 'mobile networks', then it will not work for you either
