Walmart has simply turned up their drop shipping presence to complete with the eBays and Amazons of the world.
If you'll notice, rarely are these items available locally, but they are typically brands Walmart has in store.
So, they work out a deal with an existing brand where the item can be sold without taking up retail shelf space. They might even be using Walmart distribution centers to hold the inventory, thus reducing the operational costs for the brand.
In this particular case, though, Walmart actually owns the Auto Drive brand.
Whether these are items that Walmart orders to be manufactured for the brand or they're simply bulk buying junk off Alibaba and seeing what sticks, who knows.
All I know is you're definitely supporting Walmart with these deals.
At this point, I think anyone who owns a car and has a Walmart+ membership (for free shipping) might at least consider these deals.

Deal is dead. Anyway, I just picked up a pair of back seat organizers with molle strapping, a pair of butt stock pouches and Velcro straps for the barrel for $33. Seemed more fitting for my usage and I can put one in each vehicle. The ones that go across the seats seems impractical if you're in a rush.
