Gives a good breakdown between gen 1 and 2
I have the Kobalt one too, but it was $199 and push, vs self prop. I had to RMA one of the batteries, but otherwise it's been fantastic.

I ask because I ordered the 25" and it's arriving tomorrow. I could return it and pick up the 21" instead.
nope. just continue with EGO and stay in same eco system.
Your link is showing the 60v, not the 80v
What do you mean by back and side mulcher pieces?
My gas push mower is just over 100lbs with a full tank and one of the draws of an electric mower would be weight reduction for mowing on slopes and maneuvering in tight areas… but if it's 90lbs with a battery in it, I feel like one of the primary reasons to get it (besides emissions/maintenance) is already negated.

Shows OOS now.
I already ordered the out of stock one and should be receiving it tomorrow. I'm looking for a general consensus if I should return it for the 21" mower that's $200 cheaper in store.
Case usage is I live on an acre and a very big front yard. I borrow my sisters ego for the exercise. I have a zero turn but I enjoy the walking.

What's the narrowest space you mow with the EGO? If it's less than 25", get the smaller mower and use the $200 toward an extra battery if necessary.

Thanks for the perspective. Heading to Costco this weekend with the 25" to return hoping the $499 is local to mine.
