I really need help trying to figure out what American Express card to open so I can get some of these deals... Cashback bonus on opening would be great.

It's a very marginal improvement at best over last year's model. Everything is identical except the CPU and there is barely any improvement of Intel 14th gen vs the 13th gen. The GPU is the identical 4090, no Ti versions this time with the 4000 RTX series for laptops.

You're better off getting the 2023 model with the 4090 that's reaching toward the low 2k mark.

This one has a DCI-P3 100% display though. Last year's was about 70% for both P3 and AdobeRGB.
