perhaps I'll try this.
I am a Cuban fan particularly real ones on La Segunda bread and pressed. This was pretty good but definitely not authentic. Believe it or not, the Firehouse is better if you get it cold (not toasted, cold meat and cheese). I meant to get it cold and then press it myself the next day for lunch but found it was really tasty cold.

What kind of sauce bar did they have? I've been patronizing this place for 11 years and I don't remember a sauce bar.
