I have tried a new credit card, new address, and new name. They still know I'm not a new customer.
Or just disable auto renew option

The disable auto renew is no longer there … you have to select cancel and it clear says before doing so, that membership will still be valid until next year.
Yes iOS … I just updated the app last night … so perhaps, different OS/versions might show different gui and options.
Desktop also only shows option to cancel only.
Not there
I don't mind going to the register. I just don't want to go to the register when there's a line of 15 people in front of me.
So should it be free for you?
On my Credit Card bill, I had a $800 charge and then an immediate cancellation of the same charge from them. Why this happened and for what purchased item was never made clear.
Then I got a Sam's Club membership renewal on my bill when two months before, I had specifically chose the non renewal option of my account on their website.
I had to spend several hours over several days to cancel this by repeatedly calling their Customer Service line which was near impossible with a 45 minute wait time to speak to a human being, which first they denied my cancelation, until they finally admitted to canceling this charge after contacting a third rep.
If you want the definition of Hell, just call their Customer Service phone line.
My bank Citibank was no help here because they needed a letter from them withdrawing this charge, after my third letter rejecting my request. from Sam's and Citibank, when it was finally canceled.
No way that I am going back to that mess.

Anyway, you get the point. I did not even cherry pick these items. I just plugged in some items that I always buy on every grocery store trip. why buy a sams memebership when you can shop at walmart for free? even walmart pick up is free over certain amount it think.
