Amazing. Congratulations! For me was 4th rep for full price match, and 1st rep to change pickup location. I say "full" price match, because one of the three previous reps offered a maximum of 20% off. I'm glad I said "no thanks" and kept trying. What a freakin' price match, wow. My order should be ready on Saturday, but I'll only be able to pick it up on Sunday.
Hopefully they don't "claw" orders back... That would be a real bummer. In the case of the 14" M3 Max 36GB/1TB that I ordered, the price match is below cost for them . Can't say I would blame them for clawing back. But I guess they'll weigh that against the "cost" of pissing long time customers off. I do like to shop at Best Buy, certainly over Amazon, Walmart, and others. It's one of the few places left in the country that you can still WALK in to. Seems worth supporting that.

If order is not moving at your pickup store then try below.
Here is what you should do. Go to BestBuy site and go to the product page. Just above "Add to cart" do you see if they have product in stock or not. If yes then call the store and talk with them. Mine was stuck for something and until then it will not be scheduled. Once I called them, they address the issue and now my product is schedules and got the pickup confirmation in few mins. If they don't have it in stock then it should take time as per what it says in Pickup section above Add to cart because they need to restock it.

Did you call the customer service line or your store directly? When I tried calling them it redirected me to the customer service and they say that it's on backorder when my store has stock online.

This seems to be what's wrong with mine. I just called in and was told the order wasn't fully processed and the rep took care of it. Hoping I get the pickup email as quickly as you did!
Yeah I think I might just be having a separate issue where they don't actually have it in stock at the store, so I'll probably just keep waiting
They didn't (and still don't) have it in stock in my local store. I ordered it for pickup in IN, and then through chat had them change the pickup store to the one close to me here. Scheduled to be available this weekend. Shouldn't need to be in stock in the store for it to be set for (eventual) pickup there.
