Hard reset videos on YouTube did not help.

if you have issues, contact bose directly through the website, not ebay or allstate

they may replace it with a new quietcomfort (new ver of the 45s)

lots of people are getting replacements quite easily for free here on SD and reddit. i just got my refurb earbuds replaced with the newer model

what was the reason it stopped working? and what was their response to your request?

if it a legit reason for failure and your request gets denied, try again, ask for a supervisor
