Their medium is 16 Oz and large is 24 Oz. Not sure who gave you an 11 oz..
Ive gotten a large 3 times - once at one location, twice at another.
After my drink was finished i poured a water bottle into the Kung Fu cup then the rest into a measuring cup. Every time the liquid poured into the large was around 11-12 oz even less with the boba.
Ive been drinking Starbucks since it opened i know what 24 oz looks like in a cup and in a plastic bottle. These drinks, regardless of cup size, are just plain and simple too small.
I'm confused. You're trying to get full off boba tea? It's not a meal.
This is the second person to not understand the basic concepts of eating and drinking.
Sometimes when you are hungry you go get a drink and that drink will HOLD OFF YOUR HUNGER BY "FILLING YOU UP" until it's time to eat
Never once did i say or was the expression "filling you up" meant to be understood as "this drink is a meal replacement meant to completely replace all solid foods"

You either have zero clue about fitness or are spouting blatant lies - even Ronnie Colemans 0.33% claim with nearly 120-140lbs of muscle was questioned and the physicians said "the machine is wrong" but at the competition it came out as 0.4% OOPS!!!!
1. Grab yourself some gym equipment off Slickdeals
2. Then go find a personal trainer locally they arent that bad like $40-100 an hour depending on if you want them to train you at your house vs going to the gym
3. Then find yourself a personal chef to cook you minimum 2 meals a day
4. After you do all that work out for 2 hours a day for multiple years
then maybe your body fat percentage can drop below 30-40% and you can have an honest discussion with yourself and others about what body fat percentage is and what CAN and CAN NOT be achieved with hard work and some cash in your pocket.

Edited out the post because I think it came off unintentionally mean, but here is just one of tons of links discussing Bodyfat, but it is absolutely unhealthy to live below 3% if not more body fat, and its person to person but athletic performance drops far before that number, as a competitive strongman I find my performance the best in the 8-12% range, I generally walk at about 8 but I often let it go just a little bit and compete around 10, endurance starts to suffer more quickly when going lower for me, I know other guys that do well a little lower but it's at most a couple percent deference, sorry for all the text I just find the other posts dangerous, so many people already have body image issues, people making impossible claims and then making fun of others for being "fat" because they are not an impossible body fat percentage is only going to add to that.
Second edit these are male body fat percentage's, women need more fat for general health then men too. Everyone is slightly different where they do their best but women shouldn't be in the single digits at all from a health or performance standpoint.

First you say .3% body fat, then you say " Anytime im lifting, even when i cut, my body fat percentage is never below 2-3%" .3 is in fact much lower than 2-3, and at that again you are not .3% body fat and no one would want to be .3% 365, it would for sure cost you your life eventually.
I'm not sure what body image or self esteem issues you have to make such outlandish claims online but if you are ever in the Midwest your more than welcome to come lift with me for free, I own a strongman gym and the offer is 100% genuine, not only is the gym awesome but we have massage therapists, personal trainers(including a couple legends in the sport) and a physical therapist on staff. I suffered from body dysmorphia pretty bad and therapy and the gym is what got me through it, you could probably use the same.

I box, professionally, i watch trainers weigh other boxers from all different classes and have seen body percentages in heavyweights hover around 4% (which is insanely low for that kind of body mass) so it does depend on the person and how much "other" stuff they are carrying
Someone who is 2-3% body fat but has no muscle is anorexia level and probably should be hospitalized for monitored nutritional rehab.
Someone who is. 2-3% body fat, like myself and the others in my gym, can work out for hours (not just boxing but lifting as well) and live a normal life without any issues.
I also was discussing going below 1% in regards to specific things like competitive sports even amateur.
I never insulted or made fun of anyone, I dont have body dysmorphia issues and never had - have had a 6 pack for the past 10 years but before that i had a small gut - you really have to stay on top of it or you will lose all your hard work fast as you know.
Appreciate the invitation to head to your gym but I built out two gyms in my basement and my two trainers come to my house for private work outs - easier than sharing equipment and dealing with the Roid heads

Unless you really love Princess Peach its only worth a trip when they run their B1G1 and even then the two drinks will barely fill up most people
