Existing customer total - $199+ TAx + $35 upgrade feee
New customer ccan cancel the line with in 3 days to avoid activation fees. huge YMMV though . Make sure to pay off the phone before you cancel the line and make atleast one call or text to activate the phone.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus is redefining the epic standard – both for what a smartphone can do with video and for what you can communicate create and experience with it. In other words if you’ve got something to say Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus makes it possible to say anything you want with video at any time-even in the darkness of night.
In Verizon , no risk. Get the phone , activate it , Make a call, Pay off the phone ( either with in 3 days to avoid activation or after 14 days ) and cancel the line. Phone will be autoamatically unlocked.
Risk is in ATT phone which require , sim swap.
I hope this help.
This has the inefficient 8 gen 1 processor, meaning you'll have disappointing battery life. The S23+ has among the best battery life (plus it's newer, will get updates for longer, ...). So if you're not awfully tight on money, you'll likely be more pleased for longer with the S23+.
Edit: Also, the S23+ has 256 GB of storage, while the S22+ in this deal has 128 GB.
I'm going to practice on a Walmart/Verizon Samsung Galaxy a14 to make sure this works.
Trying to get the schedule right. Does this work?
- Monday (Day 0) Buy phone on Walmart website.
- Wednesday (Day 2) Phone arrives with 2-day shipping.
- Wednesday (Day 2) Activate, make a phone call and text.
- Wednesday (Day 2) or Thursday (Day 3) Call Verizon support to cancel service.
- Wait at least 60 days. You can tweak out the phone during this time, trying to uninstall bloatware, setting up an SD card, etc...
- Punch IMEI into https://www.t-mobile.com/resource...-own-phone BYOD checker. It should say the phone is unlocked and good. (It should be unlocked automatically)
- Re-activate on any USA mobile network. I'll probably go with US Mobile (A MVNO for Verizon and T-Mobile).

I tried to payoff the phone with IVR, but it said the phone is already paid off. and chatted with a rep and she said the same. I asked her to terminate my line and she is doing it, whats going on
We might be on the same situation. I sent you a dm
I am in the exact same situation. Verizon can't find an account for me, and Walmart has no idea what they are talking about. There is no way to activate it.
I've had this with Walmart deals with the iPhone 13 minis a year ago and S23 plus 5 months ago and still unable to activate them. Walmart has some flaw in their system that they apparently still haven't fixed.

Curious why are you doing this with A15 in both cases you still need to pay $200 right
So do we need to select a plan to get this deal for the first month, I'm seeing a total of $105 in my cart which includes $65for first month service + $40 tax on the phone. Is this what people are paying to get this phone deal.
So in total we should pay $200 + $105 in total = ~300 ?
Decided not to. Walmart switched it from 2-day to 3-day shipping before I had the chance to try, which meant 100% odds of an activation fee.
Waiting for a different deal, possibly from Spectrum.
But no, at $1/mo, the price to pay off the contact would be $36.
I had that issue. Luckily the rep put a note on the account that I only received and activated the phone on day 5. She agreed that ship day is not activation day. So fee is being waved. Honestly this deal seems to be iffy long term if you ever plan on keeping a Verizon account in good standing (it does work though to get a phone at a steal). Especially if your doing this a ton in the same name. What I suspect and why the pay in cash was first mentioned. Are the guys buying a ton of these to flip are using modified names on different accounts each time or have 30 relatives helping out. As there's no way your buying more than a couple and instantly canceling before someone eventually takes issue with the account at Verizon.
For those looking at the S23+. I recommend doing it in store. It is the exact same price, and you know that you aren't going to have problems activating it. The one I purchased online would not activate, and the store associate was able to confirm that a Verizon account was never set up for me and therefore the phone would never be able to be activated. Doing it online also avoids the shipping time if you are concerned about the 3 day activation window.
I cannot confirm that the S22+ is the same price in store, but I would assume it is. The issue you may run into is if the particular store still has stock.

You can do it in-store? I am not seeing pickup as an option. Walmart will usually match walmart.com pricing on items, but not on items with financing deals in them like this one (or on marketplace sellers, but I don't think this is a marketplace seller).

It's not pickup, you will have to go to the store and if they have the phone you want in stock, set up the plan with them, and they will activate it right then. They would not match the online price, and I had to do a credit check to see the price of the S23+. I decided to bite the bullet and take a chance. The associate was surprised, but the in store price on the S23+ was the same as the online price ($9.98/month for 36 months). I set up the phone, activated it, and only paid the tax. Haven't tried to pay it off yet.

Nothing at all (besides tax) I've tried everything possible to pay VZW/ATT for my devices but there is no way.
