Drew Carey is a nice guy paid out close to 1Mil in food during writers strike.

I am not a big fan of Drew Carey nor a hater either just lukewarm.
Some celebrities like to donate a relatively small amount of money to a cause then make a big deal out of it.
I found out the other day that during the writers strike he would buy lunch or I assume whatever for any union member at 2 different places in LA.

He had picked up the tab at the other writers strike several years ago and it was 67K this time due to how long it was and other stuff too the tab came to almost 1 Mil his accountant wanted him to stop it but he said he didn't care about the cost he made his money from the writers.

They are supposed to be running reruns, rewind TV had it until Jan of 2024 so it could come back there.
