0 down and change to 12k miles a month makes it $412, so $5k a year isn't too bad for $40k car. That excludes taxes though and those are brutal if you live in a state that taxes the full price of the car on leases.

How is this a slickdeal?
It is just an advertisement with a link to their inventory.
As soon as one thread is expired a new one crops up in "Hot Deals". It is all the same thing, a link to inventory.

Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Tesla threads have listed different things. This one is on the lease they offer currently and I guess this user felt it was worth sharing. It can be a hot deal if one thinks they want to lease a very popular (by number of sales) car. What link do you think would be better? That is where the deal is posted, so that is what the op posted. None of this was picked, selected, promoted etc by SD, but just how the forums are designed to work with voting. Vote up or down, up to you as always. Be respectful and perhaps if this isn't a deal for you, be helpful in a thread that you find is a deal.

O down with 10000 miles and 36 months (cheapest options) makes it 423 (with taxes) not even close to 299. Not a deal
It simply is not a good deal. Ive leased 50k cars for less, a 40k ev with 7500 incentive should not be 300 with a 7999 down payment,.
Care to share some examples of currently available deals ?
Not trying to argue here just trying to find a good deal. My last lease was almost a decade ago. I got fully loaded G37 for $310 and $1000 towards taxes title and fees. I'm in the market for a hybrid/ phev or a 3 row minivan

11280+1500=12780 for 2 years. No tax in NJ. Still very expensive compared to other EVs available in Apple to Apple comparison.
Eap/Fsd are the only differentiators and that cost is not included in this pricing.

412+tax for a 40k EV is a horrendous deal.
