The Puyallup, WA store had about 15 units left after I purchased mine.

I will never purchase another Orbi product and I can't recommend them for any price. I have a support ticket open with them that's been going for months with no resolution. The mesh system we have has constant drops and has to be reset every couple of days because all devices stop getting a signal.
I had the same system and the constant disconnects and satellites randomly restarting were it fun. I went with another brand and couldn't be happier.
I've owned Orbi products, and had problems with them from day one. To make matters worse, they only had 90 day support....though that may have changed. And, while this is purely subjective, I think they're the ugliest home electronic devices on the market.
I now have TP-Link Deco mesh products...been fantastic since install which was a breeze. Not one hard or soft reset in over two years.

I have an sxk80 that is fantastic. Rock solid, great speeds. Could probably move my base station more centrally in the house and get rid of the satellite but whatever
Picked these up a couple days ago. Was going to buy an extra unifi AP 6 lite but for the price I couldn't pass. Put the router in AP mode and the satellites at the opposite ends of the house. Went from 300 to 600 on one end of the house. 20 to 200 at the other. Overall can't complain!
I've seen comments recommending Unifi a lot, if you are willing, can you share what components I'd need to get everything working for a 3br 2 story SFH? We are also adding an add on unit in the backyard as an office, so we will need coverage there. I'm fairly tech savvy but not especially well versed in commercial networking. For example I get gateways and routers and APs confused all the time, since in all residential network setups you just need one unit that does all of the functions.
I have found unifi to be great units, for the pro home user and smb.
Regarding connection issues, you can look at www.voxel-firmware dot com/Downloads/Voxel/html/orbi.html to see if this model is supported. I use it on RBK50 and it has been rock solid.

Unfortunately Voxel only for Rbk40, rbk50, and lbr20 orbi lte router. Yes it's the best stable firmware for Orbi line..Unfortunately doesn't exist for these newer ones.

I had a prior orbi system, randomly failed one day and massive effort made it work briefly at times. Got rid of it for asus mesh, now I avoid orbi like I avoid onkyo. I'm sure others have had better experiences.
And to the previous person making assumptions otherwise, I used wired backhaul.
Seems like ymmv on both price and reliability, but I'd actually try it again for this price if I had to.
Funny, same here. Old RBK20 system or something like that, and I recently added the third satellite off ebay to get better coverage in the basement. Very few reboots or drops ever over the years.
Ditto. I have a RBK30 (standard router plus wall plug and added another off eBay). The system is rock solid, works well around my 1-story house, in the yard, garage, streaming to Apple TVs, gaming for my kids, etc. It seems that the newer devices are made more cheaply? Or maybe have less tested and thus, unstable firmware?
After my experience with the Orbi RBR50 and RBS50 system I had previously I'll never consider another Netgear product ever again. Constant disconnects, multiple smart home devices could not connect, and the satellite would crash and reboot itself at least once per week. Zero assistance from customer service other than them telling me to do a factory reset. Awful.
Much happier with my Asus RT-AX88U Pro. Zero problems.
