Buuuuut, looks like if you can find a $5 store, even shipping will be $5. So if you have other things to buy to kick it above free shipping, you don't have to find a local store

Edit: I was able to score the deal at my local Walmart. at first it wasn't allowing me to choose store pickup, but after a few tries, I got it to work. Sorry for jumping the gun on assuming dead.
They don't charge you shipping and it's annoying but it saves you $6.
